• Personal Information: When you register for Cloud Sync, we collect your Name and Email Address.
• Financial Data: Any expense, income, and transaction details you record in the app.
• Utility Data: Vehicle details, family member profiles (for tracking medical/general expenses), and shopping lists.
• Images: Photos of receipts or documents you upload for OCR (Optical Character Recognition) processing.

2. How We Use Information

The information we collect is used to:

• Maintain and provide the Spendory services.
• Synchronize your data across your multiple devices.
• Enable family sharing features if you choose to join a family group.
• Improve our OCR technology and app performance.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored locally on your device and, if Cloud Sync is enabled, on our secure servers. We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS) to protect data during transmission. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

4. Family Sharing

If you join a Family Group, your recorded expenses and utility data will be visible to other members of that group. You have full control over your participation in family groups.

5. Data Deletion

You have the right to delete your data at any time. Deleting an entry in the app will mark it for deletion on the server (if synced). If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at support@techoian.com.
